Fund and Index Name changes for ProShares PST and TBT

On January 15, 2009, the following two Short Fixed-Income ProShares will undergo name changes and index name alterations due to the recent acquisition of Lehman Brothers indexes by Barclays Capital. Note that only the names of these ProShares and their indexes are changing. The funds’ objectives, investment strategies, and ticker symbols remain the same.
