For those ProShares that have fourth quarter income to distribute, we plan to pay dividends on the schedule below.
Important Note: ProShares ETFs are expected to pay zero 2009 year-end capital gain distributions.

Distributions reduce the net assets of each of the affected ETFs as of the open of ETF share trading on the ex-date (12/23/09). Each portfolio’s exposure to its benchmark index will be adjusted one business day prior to ex-date to reflect this expected reduction in assets.
These ETFs are required by the Internal Revenue Code to distribute substantially all of their income and capital gains to shareholders at least annually. For specific tax advice, we recommend you seek advice from a qualified tax professional.
