Client Services Associate - Level 1


Position Summary

The Client Services Associate is responsible for servicing ProFunds Financial Professionals on a daily basis while simultaneously supporting the Head of CS in oversight of specific projects.



Primary Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional service to inbound calls by Financial Professionals.
  2. Serve as Product Expert for clients.
  3. Take and process client trade orders quickly and accurately.
  4. Research and resolve basic and administrative problems.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  6. Support ProFunds and ProShares sales and marketing campaigns.
  7. Interface with outside service providers (e.g., transfer agent) as required.
  8. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting Mutual Fund and Exchange Traded Fund industry.
  9. Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  10. Contribute to completion of department initiatives.
  11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Education and Experience

  1. BA/BS degree.
  2. NASD Series 7 and 63 or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment.
  3. Customer service experience.
  4. Mutual fund, exchange traded fund, or securities background.

  3. Effective written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills required.
  4. Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft office products and internet.
  5. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment without close supervision to the highest levels of quality and communicate problems and/or concerns in a timely fashion.
